“We are proud of our unequaled reputation in the commercial cleaning industry,” says owner, Frank Sanchez, a veteran in the industry. Mr. Sanchez started working in the custodial industry in 1986. By 2002, after nearly 16 years of experience, he set out to build the ultimate team of cleaning professionals ready to take on any project – large or small – and created Coastal Janitorial Service.

Today, with 50 employees and over 100 customers and counting, Coastal Janitorial is now a leader in the local custodial industry providing top-notch janitorial services to government institutions and the private sector.
